Solo and small PI plaintiff firms carry enormous caseloads with lean staffing. The work of reviewing thousands of pages of medical records and organizing deposition testimony is time-consuming, detail-critical, and necessary — but it takes attorneys away from the work only they can do.

Todd brings 15 years of civil litigation experience to every matter Gravamen handles. He oversees all QC review, analytical overlay, and quality certification — his name and credentials appear on every deliverable Gravamen produces.
His background spans the full lifecycle of plaintiff personal injury litigation: from pre-suit medical record review through trial preparation. He knows what attorneys need from a chronology and what makes a deposition summary actually useful in preparation and cross-examination.

No AI output leaves Gravamen without being reviewed against the source by a credentialed paralegal. Every correction is logged. Every deliverable is certified. That is not optional — it is the product.
Every engagement begins with a signed Scope Confirmation. Fees are flat-rate and confirmed before work starts. If materials exceed the estimated scope, we pause and ask before we proceed. You will never receive an invoice you didn't authorize.
Client materials are processed through CaseMark — HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. File transfer operates through Microsoft 365 OneDrive under a Business Associate Agreement. We do not cut corners on protected health information.
